Fairy Tale-Flash Movie
My fairy tale is based off of the Goldilocks and the Three Bears childrens book. My fairy tale is altered in the way that it takes place in modern time with three young ladies and Mr. Desperate. Desperate breaks into the ladies chic apartment downtown while they are out for the night and tries various things in the house from each of the ladies, just like in the original tale. The man tries their coffee, bathtubs, and cars. The man gets caught when he takes one of the cars out for a ride and picks up one of the ladies. He runs away, scared of the ladies, and finds his own job so he can stop breaking into peoples apartments.

What to look for in a Web Designer
I agree that experience isnt everything a client should look for in a web designer. Although sometimes experience can be beneficial, it can sometimes also get in the way. Web designers with too much experience may be unwilling to listen to any new ideas and may also be too set in their ways to try anything new. When looking for a web designer clients should look for someone who is reliable. Reliability will ensure that your website will get done on time and in the best way possible. The web designer should also have good communication skills. Communication will aid in making sure all of your ideas and points that you wanted on the website will be put on the website and properly conveyed to the audience.Web designers should also have a portfolio that is diverse which will make your website different from any other website out there.

Prototypes
1) Why would anyone be interested in viewing the Web site that your team is developing?
-People may be interested in viewing the website we are creating to learn more about the class (HST2) that is offered at Westside. Future students may want to learn about the site to see if they would like to apply to be in the class. Parents of students in the class may want to visit to see what their child is doing in the class.
2) Who are the possible customers for the site?
-The possible "customers" for this website could be students in the class, parents of students in the class, future students, or students at Westside that are interested in taking the course.
3) How many pages are going to be necessary to complete the Web site your client wants?
- We dont have a set number of pages for our website yet, but we believe it will take anywhere from 6-8 pages to contain all the information we wish to present for our client.
4) Based on the number of pages, what sort of navigational structure would work well for the site?
-For the links to the West Houston hospital homepage, Westside HS homepage, and HOSA homepage we are going to have highlighted links on the homepage of our site. For the links to student profiles, interviews, and photos we will have links to different pages within the website.
5) How can this design be shown using a site map and storyboard?
- We have made an "outline" of our website which shows the homepage with arrows to the different pages and links we will have.

Where were you when the world...
Where was I when the world changed?
I was in class as usual (Mr. Shroen's economics class 4th period), although this day he lead us to the library to watch the inauguration of the 44th president of the United States. I was sitting on the floor with people from other classes all around me when Barack Obama and Joe Biden took the oath of office. Although the election of an African-American president may not mean as much to me as it does others, the memory of sitting on that floor will be forever in my head, sitting there waiting to be told. Barack Obamas speech, after taking his oath, was one of the most memorable things about the day. The speech gave hope to the american people and was very touching to those listening. The day might of run as usual, but it was definatly not an ordinary day.
